Announcement of the nominees of the first round

The nominations of the first round of NPS New Arrivals are announced. Out of twentyt-one entries, the editors, along with the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR), have nominated six films.

The following films have been nominated:

- IMPRUDENCE by Katell Quilévéré
- LOOKING GLASS by Erik Rosenlund
- DREAMS OF LOST TIME by Faysal Soysal
- SECTA by Egle Budvytyte
- FONE FUR FOLLIES by Vivian Ostrovsky
- IS IT LAMBSMEAT? by Tamer Avkapan

On April 4th, the winner will be announced. The jury of the first round consists of : Barbara Hin, Mathijs Geijskes and the IFFR. In addition to the jury, the online public can vote too. E-mail your vote to: kortefilm@nps.nl

After a year, there are seven month-winners. These month-winners can be seen on the white screen of the International Film Festival Rotterdam 2009.
During the festival the NEW ARRIVALS price of one thousand euros will be awarded .
